General Questions

IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number, which you can use when making or receiving international payments. Your IBAN doesn’t replace your sort code & account number ─ it’s an additional number with extra information to help overseas banks identify your account for payments.
You can generate the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) for any of your EWAFB accounts using our tool. To generate your IBAN please enter your sort code and account number below then press the Generate IBAN button. It may take a few seconds for the IBAN to be displayed so please only press the Generate IBAN button once.
If you think a transaction is fraudulent Report a fraudulent transaction by calling the number on the back of your EWAFB card, or by using ‘Direct call’ from the ‘Help’ section of your app.
Who you need to call varies depending on the type of account and the type of fraud but at most chat our call care representative.
